Cosmetic rewards that have been earned from a Covenant with which the player has reached 80 Renown may be used even if that character is currently a member of a different Covenant. Question I hope the title wasn’t confusing, but I already hit 80 renown (necro) on one character, and want to switch my renown 78’s cov (nf) to a different one. Is there any reason to hit 80 first..? So you more or less need to get 1 character of each armor type to Renown 80 to get all the transmog (be it 4 chars of each armor type leveling renown of all 4 factions, or 16 chars total just doing 1 Covenant each).
