I used transmission cooler line and ran all my vents up near the battery. Stock the front line went up to the top bolt holding the radiator in and clamped there.

So it should be only one hole, threaded for the brake line bolt. Then, about 5 inches away, the rubber hose pushes down on a small vent pipe coming straight out of the axle tube. If you have just a hole, it broke off or is missing.
