WebBrawhalla is actually, in my opinion, one of the most balanced fighting games I've seen. Sure, every character has a couple crazy moves that most people would see as "OP", but that's where the balance is. The game is just naturally crazy (the recovery options are ridiculous) and since every character has OP moves, none of them are OP.
